The former Lenox Lounge, 288 Lenox Ave. Harlem. 2013. In December 31, 2012 "Due to an unsurmountable rent increase," the Lenox Lounge was forced to close. Mr. Alvin Reed, the owner took the sign from the facade and "a truckload of interior fixtures" to 333 Lenox Avenue, a formar Salon and Spa, where he plans to open a new Lenox Lounge to resemble the old landmark.
